About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise across Apex, SOQL, integrations, and core Salesforce administration, along with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, SOQL, IWC, and related Salesforce technologies.
  • Build and manage API integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Implement robust error-handling mechanisms and ensure high-quality code practices.
  • Analyze and optimize data structures within Salesforce to support scalable solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive successful implementation.
  • Utilize Salesforce Administration skills for configuration, workflow setup, validation rules, and security model management.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and ensure smooth end-to-end functionality.
  • Deliver clear and effective communication—both written and verbal—to stakeholders and technical teams.
