Job Description:
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar analytical/functional role within production support or stabilization environments.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end product workflows, business processes, and upstream/downstream system dependencies.
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis, identify patterns, and propose preventive actions.
- Experience in working with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Rally, or similar).
- Ability to interpret logs, error codes, and system behavior (tech-functional understanding is a plus).
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with business, developers, and operations teams.
- Ability to work in a high-priority, fast-paced production environment.
- Prior experience supporting critical applications or platforms is preferred.
