Role: Nymi- Support Engineer
Contract Role Location: Rensselaer, NY Job Description: Scope Activities: • Complete pending enrollments from bulk roll outs • New enrollments • Incident management (band specific), ASM will cover server monitoring and outage. • Handle Returns • Inventory management • New area rollout (if needed in future) • 1-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical support role. • Familiarity with wearable devices, authentication systems, or enterprise security solutions is a plus. • Familiarity with Nymi Band technology or similar wearable authentication devices is a strong advantage. • Guide users through the Nymi Band enrolment process, including initial setup and pairing with devices. • Verify successful enrollment and authentication for users. • Provide hands-on support for resolving enrollment issues. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Nymi Band enrollment, connectivity, and authentication. • Collaborate with IT teams to address integration challenges with enterprise systems. • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or the Nymi technical team. • Act as the primary point of contact for user queries related to Nymi Band enrollment. • Collect and document user feedback to improve the enrollment experience. • Train users on the proper use and functionality of the Nymi Band. • Work with vendor to address recurring band related issues • Develop and maintain SOPs, Work instructions, Job-Aids related to Nymi | ||||||
