Requirement:

• Agile Business Analyst with Insurance Industry Experience
• As Agile Business Analyst a,you will support Agile product development teams in delivery of innovative AI solutions.
• This is an exciting opportunity to shape a newly formed team with the resources and support to explore fresh, creative approaches.

Responsibilities Include:

• You have experience with agile /scrum development methodologies.
• You have supported or led sprint planning, participated in PI planning, developed features & user stories and managed product backlog.
• Driving prioritization of product features for future releases of one or multiple delivery teams based on commercial, user and strategic priorities. Maintaining supporting documentation (e.g. feature lists, user stories, roadmaps).
• Advocating for customer needs in defining innovative digital solutions and product vision that drive business value
• Good understanding of LEAN and design thinking methodologies. Conduct research to identify user personas, pain points, and journeys & analyze this information (A/B testing, concept testing, data analysis) to inform product development.
• You can demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to convey thought leadership and influence senior executives
• You have experience in insurance, P&C domain will be a differentiator
• You are passionate about innovation and new technologies, specifically within AI & GenAI
