Technical Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of SAP FI and CO modules, including their integration with other modules like
  • Sales, Logistics, and Procurement.
  • Proficiency in SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), particularly Advanced Credit
  • Management and Collections.
  • Experience with core accounting processes like Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

Core responsibilities
  • Business partnership: Act as a single point of contact for stakeholders, managing relationships, and ensuring their needs are captured and addressed.
  • Requirement gathering: Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for FICO-related projects and process improvements.
  • Solution design: Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, including system configuration and integration plans.
  • Project management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets,
and resources to deliver solutions effectively.
  • System support: Provide support for the SAP FICO module, troubleshoot issues, and act as an escalation point for system problems.
  • Continuous improvement: Monitor and analyte system performance, identify gaps or opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in areas like Record to Report (RTR).
  • Data analysis and reporting: Interpret financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders.
  • Change management: Facilitate system cutovers, execute testing, and provide user training and
documentation
