Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an OTC – Order Invoice Management Consultant at D1 level. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end order invoicing process within the OTC cycle, leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of invoicing processes, integration touchpoints, and hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the order invoicing process within the OTC domain using SAP S/4HANA.
• Configure and support billing and invoicing functionalities including invoice creation, output
• management, and tax determination.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional
• specifications and system configurations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and internal controls related to invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to invoice generation, pricing discrepancies, and output
• errors.
• Support testing, training, and deployment of enhancements and new functionalities.
• Monitor invoice processing performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Finance, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless integration and data
• consistency.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP OTC processes, with specific expertise in order invoicing.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of SD (Sales & Distribution), billing processes, and integration with FI (Financial
• Accounting).
• Experience with invoice output formats (PDF, EDI, XML) and tax configuration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in SD or S/4HANA Sales.
• Experience in global SAP rollouts and multi-country invoicing requirements.
• Familiarity with e-invoicing regulations and compliance (e.g., GST, VAT).
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or ServiceNow.
