Contract Role

Responsibilities:
- Upskill Scrum Masters, Product Owners and delivery teams on Agile leading practices
- Expected to be personally accountable for 4-6 new Scrum teams
- Deliver structured and unstructured Agile training to teams
- Baseline, track and drive improved adoption, flow and outcome metrics
- Upskill the 4-6 teams' on Jira, improve adoption and data quality
- Executive Coaching and Training for team members
Agile Coach Expectations:
- Ideally 3+ years of hands-on Agile coaching experience
- Track record of helping onboard teams to Agile ways of working (WoW)
- Experience of convincing teams why to adopt Agile WoW
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban and SAFe
- Tangible experience of driving improvements (incl. metrics)
- Experience delivering Agile training (generic and role-based, bonus if an SPC)
- Strong Jira experience and has coached others on adopting Jira
- Needs to be comfortable and have participated in SAFe ceremonies
