Role Name: SAP OTC SOM & BRIM Module Lead
Location: Hybrid - Warsaw, IN Contract Role Description and Location Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced SAP OTC Sales Order Management Lead to architect and complete the implementation of end-to-end Order-to-Cash solution. This role combines deep functional expertise in SAP Sales Order Management, Batch Management, Batch Determination and Advanced ATP with leadership capabilities to drive digital transformation across complex business environments. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Implementation: Complete the design and configuration of SAP OTC processes. Configure Batch Management. Configure Batch Determination. Implement Order substitution strategy. Ensure seamless integration between IBP and the OTC module Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions. Conduct training sessions, and provide expert-level support during UAT and deployment. Integration & Collaboration: Work closely with ABAP and technical teams for custom developments and enhancements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Functional Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in SAP SOM and SD modules. Reason for leaving: It was a contract role o Configuring batch levels (client/material/plant) o Creating batch characteristics (CT04) and classes (CL02) o Activating batch management in material master o Using Fiori apps and GUI transactions (e.g., MSC1N, MMBE) o Understanding batch traceability and compliance requirements · Batch Determination o Creating condition tables (OMA1, V/C7, OPLB) o Defining access sequences (OMCX) o Configuring sort rules (CU70) and selection classes (CL01) o Assigning batch search procedures (OMCY, OMCG) o Activating batch checks in production and delivery processes · Advanced ATP o Configuring aATP scenarios in S/4HANA o Using SAP Fiori apps for aATP (e.g., Manage Product Allocation) o Setting up allocation objects and sequences o Understanding supply chain prioritization and dynamic order fulfillment o Integrating aATP with planning tools like SAP IBP Project Experience: Minimum 12 years of SAP experience with at least 3 full-cycle implementations in OTC. Must have sound understanding and worked in multiple Full lifecycle implementation with Batch and AATP experience. Experience in leading global rollouts and managing OTC teams. Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. Certifications (Preferred): SAP S/4HANA Sales / SOM Certification | ||||||
