Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and support SAP S/4HANA implementations focused on Customer Service (CS), SD, and related modules.
  • Analyze client requirements and design end-to-end SAP solutions tailored to automotive service processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects including:
  • Spare parts and warranty management
  • Dealer performance and service process excellence
  • Integration with OEM systems and legacy platforms
  • Participate in RFPs, solution architecture, and business case development.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Create proof-of-concepts and integrate SAP with other ERP systems as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent from Tier 1/2 business schools (preferred).
  • 2–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA CS, SD, or related modules.
  • Proven track record in at least 2–3 large-scale SAP transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of automotive industry processes and customer service operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global consulting environment.
