Contract Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP S/4HANA implementations focused on Customer Service (CS), SD, and related modules.
- Analyze client requirements and design end-to-end SAP solutions tailored to automotive service processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects including:
- Spare parts and warranty management
- Dealer performance and service process excellence
- Integration with OEM systems and legacy platforms
- Participate in RFPs, solution architecture, and business case development.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide post-implementation support.
- Create proof-of-concepts and integrate SAP with other ERP systems as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent from Tier 1/2 business schools (preferred).
- 2–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA CS, SD, or related modules.
- Proven track record in at least 2–3 large-scale SAP transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of automotive industry processes and customer service operations.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global consulting environment.
