JD:
  • 10+ years of QA lead experience and which should include at least 7 to 8 years of automation experience
  • Develop test automation strategy for large complex projects in AGILE methodology
  • Design Test Automation, Execution and Lead automation delivery using Selenium , Playwright or WebDriver and Cucumber tools
  • Experience with respect to Java & Angular / REACT based technology stack is a must and salesforce experience would be an advantage
  • Designing, creating Constructing and executing Automation test cases for API web services
  • Experience in Selenium, PlayWright , Web Driver and TestNG is a must
  • Contribute to team agile planning activities and backlog prioritization and management
  • Identify, verify, report, and regress bugs
  • Collaborates with product line stakeholders to understand and develop strategies, frameworks relating to their emerging demands
  • Driving innovation/adoption of Industry practices through investigation/ institutionalization of New tools/methods/standards
  • Work with the development team to understand the technologies and develop / implement automated testing tools for data comparison and transformation
  • A deep, practical understanding of SDLC processes including Requirements, Design, Development, Build, Release Management, and Quality Assurance

Key role:
  1. Craft the Test Management plan for the program
  2. Build the entire automation suit which encompass
  3. Build the framework from scratch preferably which supports Java based stack
  4. Suggest tooling options : Selenium or playwright or WebDriver etc.
  5. Baseline the framework
  6. Build the test plan aligned to their delivery release plan
  7. Build test data & case etc. in subsequent phase by identifying a team
  8. Run it in pipeline as part of CI-CD.
