Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Manager with a strong background in Managed Services to oversee and coordinate multiple related projects that align with our organization's long-term goals. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring service delivery excellence, and driving operational efficiency across managed service engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Program Oversight & Strategic Alignment
  • Lead and manage multiple interrelated projects under a unified program strategy.
  • Ensure all projects align with the organization's strategic objectives and client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.

Managed Services Delivery
  • Oversee the delivery of managed services including IT infrastructure, cloud services, application support, and cybersecurity.
  • Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with service delivery teams to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on program status, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate executive-level reporting and governance reviews.

Resource & Budget Management
  • Allocate resources effectively across projects and service lines.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.

Risk Management & Compliance
  • Identify and mitigate risks across the program lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement governance frameworks and audit controls.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, with at least 2 years in Managed Services.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, service delivery models, and enterprise IT environments.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex programs.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or ITIL are highly desirable.
