Responsibilities
Role Summary
  • Join our team to build scalable data pipelines and enhance customer data models within the Adobe Experience Platform. This role encompasses working on data ingestion, identity stitching, consent management, and activation, all in support of real-time personalization and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain XDM schemas, datasets, and dictionaries. The role is focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing campaign workflows and platform capabilities, as well as managing production support activities, deployments, and ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Integrate data from CRM, web, mobile, and offline sources into AEP.
  • Facilitate audience activation through AJO, Adobe Target, SFMC, and AWS S3.
  • Support analytics via Customer Journey Analytics, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Develop data pipelines using Adobe WebSDK, Mobile SDK, and Kafka APIs.
  • Be the subject matter expert for the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) product family, including Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
  • Partner with other teams & departments including Marketing Analytics, Digital, IT/Data Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture to align technical solutions with business objectives
Qualifications
Tech Stack
  • Adobe Experience Platform (RT-CDP, AJO, CJA), Adobe Launch, WebSDK, Mobile SDK, SQL, Python, JSON, AWS S3, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Dynamics 365, Adobe Target, Workfront, JIRA.
  • Over 6-7 years of total experience in data engineering or MarTech platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and API integrations.
  • Expertise in identity resolution, consent management, and real-time data activation.
