Job Description:
  • Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with agile ways of working.
  • Working experience as a Scrum Master – min 3 years.
  • Total exp: at least 6 years.
  • Ready to work from Client office – Co-location with Pod members is mandatory.
  • Good to have working experience in bank or similar financial services firms.
  • Build and coach high performing teams and ensure continuous value delivery.
  • Ensures the development process "Scrum and Kanban” is understood and enacted.
  • Oversees the team-level process and coaches the Pod team members; facilitates transparency, inspection and adaptation.
  • Keep team organized and effectively facilitate agile meetings to ensure full Pod team engagement (stand-up, review, retrospective and planning meetings).
  • Removes development impediments (e.g., Pod team communication barriers, logistic challenges).
  • Enables close cooperation across all Pod team members and foster collaboration with other roles such as Release Train Engineer.
  • Shields the Pod team from external interference and ensures the Pod team is functional and focused on the sprint goal(s).
  • Fosters self-sufficiency of the Pod team and is not a crutch for the Pod team.
  • Ensures continuous improvement of the pod's maturity, by implementation of agile metrics to effectively track, report pod progress and adopt best practices.
  • Implements standards set by the Client Agile Practice and ensure adherence to Client audit/compliance requirements.
  • Actively engage in Agile Practice community events and contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Strong knowledge on JIRA and MIRO and Ensure delivery of a quality increment, JIRA hygiene is maintained and reflects actual progress.
  • Collaborate with RTE and Engineering lead for team release management activities.
  • Possesses and Understands DevOps, CICD, Test Automation and can work with team and push the team to enhance tooling and automation maturity.
  • Coach the Product Owner & Pod in effective backlog refinement and prioritization around best practices in design thinking, estimation, and story writing.
  • Should be able to work and create JIRA dashboards, plan, manage tooling hygiene.
  • Able to effectively use MIRO to facilitates events and promote collaboration.
  • Strong tooling knowledge in JIRA and MIRO.
