Position: Scrum Master

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate agile development processes and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAFe methodology, PI planning, and modern DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Facilitation: Lead daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
SAFe Implementation: Drive SAFe agile practices and facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning sessions
Team Coaching: Guide development teams in agile best practices and self-organization
Impediment Removal: Identify and resolve blockers that impact team velocity and delivery
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3-4 years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
SAFe Certification: SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent certification is a plus
PI Planning: Proven experience facilitating large-scale PI planning events
Tools Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Jira for backlog management and reporting
DevOps Knowledge: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitLab CI/CD
Soft Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities
Preferred Qualifications
CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification
Experience with GitLab project management features
Knowledge of DevSecOps practices
Background in software development or technical domains
Experience scaling agile across multiple teams

Facilitate PI planning sessions for 50+ team members
Manage sprint cycles and ensure consistent delivery cadence
Configure and optimize Jira workflows and dashboards
Drive metrics-based continuous improvement initiatives
