Job Description:
  • Coordinate backlog grooming, manage ticker work to ensure balan efficient utilization of development POD
  • High Proficiency with organization, data, acendo cal, set high acco and strong communication
  • Technical Business Analysis
  • Skills as a Product Owner and Agile Carency Canban/Scrum)
  • Ability to work with Developer SMEs and asks Users to create Artifacts fo Developers to work from (not needed for infastructure POD)
  • Liaison with Development SME to revive architecture (not needed for infrastr POD
  • Coordinate with Architecture team on Compliance with BNY SSDLC
  • POC for development POD(S) to transmit requirements and ensure high accou
  • on delivery (not needed for infrastructure POD)
  • Strong with JIRA, Proficient knowledge of Confluence, Zephyr nice to have
  • Working with QE teams and setting up test plans nice to have (not needed for infrastructure POD)
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and technical design, background in software development necessary
  • Break through blockers and communicate back to myself and POD SMES on item need escalation
