About the role:
As IT Change Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our IT Change Management processes across the organization. You will play a central role in ensuring that changes to our IT systems and infrastructure are implemented efficiently and without disruption.
Your primary tasks will include:
- Leading Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
- Coordinating and managing Change and Freeze calendars to ensure that all changes are planned and implemented correctly.
- Ensuring compliance with ITIL processes and internal Change Management policies.
- Facilitating and driving continuous improvement of the Change Management process across business units.
- Training and mentoring teams in Change Management principles and tools.
- Reporting performance, progress, and roadmaps to management and other stakeholders.
- IT Operations is an evolving unit that consists of three different teams: IT Sourcing and Vendor Management, Service Integration and Management (SIAM), and Infrastructure and Security Operations.

Your profile:
- We are looking for an IT Change Manager with solid experience in Change Management, and we expect that you come with the following qualifications:
- Documented experience in IT Change Management within a complex, multi-national, and multi-sourced IT environment.
- Expertise in managing IT Change across both cloud and on-premises environments, including experience with agile and traditional development methodologies.
- Strong, practical knowledge of ITIL principles and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Proven track record in leading process improvements and initiatives within an international organizational framework.
Skills:
- User & Business Communication: Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive communication strategies for users and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment during system cutovers and transitions.
- Technical Documentation: Create, review, and maintain high-quality user guides and technical documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, business, and operational teams to coordinate seamless cutover communications and support change management initiatives.
- Content Strategy: Design and implement effective communication plans that include user communications, business announcements, and technical reviews, ensuring all materials are consistent and aligned with organizational standards.
