Lead Data Marketing Analytics Consultant
Location – Remote Job Description Looking for a lead with depth and expertise about Insurance Marketing across all channels (DM, email, SEO/SEM, on page, social media, paid placement, affiliate) Marketing & Sales KPIs and reporting, ad-hoc research analyses for marketing and performance, FS insurance experience, must have great leadership and facilitation skills to lead discussions with the client. About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Leader to drive the development of a North Star Vision for a future state Marketing Reporting & Analytics Center of Excellence for our insurance client. This role will involve leading a cross-functional team to align on a future state vision, create illustrative mock-up dashboards, perform a gap analysis, and develop an implementation roadmap. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development of a North Star Vision for the Marketing Reporting & Analytics Center of Excellence. • Conduct client interviews across Marketing, Sales, Product, Analytics, and Technology divisions to gather insights and align on the future state vision. • Oversee the creation of mock-up (non-production) dashboards to illustrate the future state vision. • Perform a comprehensive gap analysis from the current state to the future state vision. • Develop a detailed implementation roadmap to achieve the future state vision. • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, business intelligence, and visualization experts to ensure successful project execution. • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure alignment with the client's business objectives and strategic goals. • Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for the project. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in strategy development, consulting, or a related field, with a focus on marketing analytics and reporting. • Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional projects and initiatives. • Strong understanding of marketing, sales, product, analytics, and technology functions within an organization. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. | ||||
