Tools Support - Akamai Suite SME

Configuring Application Monitoring & Web Transaction Monitoring

• Creating Customized Reports
• Managing Alerts Definitions
• Knowledge in Auto ticketing Integration
• Creating Different Views and managing Views
• knowledge in Different type of Template
• Install, configure and customize tooling systems to meet organizational requirements
Collaborate with IT teams and to understand tooling requirements and design and implement solutions.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting firing issues
Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for tooling systems
Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvement within the tooling systems
Stay up to date with trends and best practices related to IT tooling systems and make recommendations for improvements

Must Have Skills

• Create / manage properties, cloudlets (edge redirector & application load balancer), image manager, net storage, diagnostics/troubleshooting, etc.
• Reporting
• Use Terraform / Akamai CLI for provisioning and modifications.
