Location: Flemington CT / Iselin NJ (This is hybrid role need candidate local to one of the location)

JD:

• Agile methodology, Jira, Confluence, Figma
• Excellent Business Analysis skills
• Ability to talk to Stakeholders, elaborate requirements, document requirements, create process maps.
• Requires experience in Business and Integration requirement elicitation and documentation, Data Analysis using sql/excel
• Data mapping
• Create Data Dictionary
• Ability to closely work with various stakeholders (Dev, testing team, partners) to ensure that business requirements are converted to actual solutions,
• Good Agile experience is mandatory.
• Well versed with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma Group Insurance domain knowledge.
• Working very closely with business units and the technical development teams on all projects.
• Will engage in client discussions and capture requirements/ specs based on interaction with client business users.
