Role: QA Automation Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION:
"Job Description:
• Onsite role from Day 1, 3 Days of work from the office is mandatory.
• A minimum of 8+ years of performing quality engineering and test automation delivery
• 5+ years of experience in leading large-scale QA programs. Experience in collaborating effectively across a variety of IT and business groups, across regions, roles, and able to interact effectively with all levels.
• Need to have expertise in the banking/client onboarding domain
• Experience in Java, Selenium, TestNG, Git, Jenkins, BDD, able to identify elements using xpath, CSS Selector
• Capable of operating in the role of an SDET as an independent subject matter expert within an agile team, proficient in scripting and script management.
• 5+ years of experience in test automation development using Selenium Webdriver, JavaScript, Cucumber
• Should have hands-on experience in SQL, relational databases, writing stored procedures, triggers, views, etc.
• Knowledge on API test automation using Java or Groovy using any ›Meter, SoapUI, Rest Assured, etc.
• Should have hands-on experience in Cl/CD using TeamCity, GIT, Jenkins, JIRA
• Experience in agile-based scrum teams and solving complex problems
• Experience in working in teams spread across geographies and closely tracking deliverables.
• Expertise with crafting sr. management presentations and documentation of change requests
• Experience with project management tools & functions (MS Visio, MS Project, ARA, Confluence, SharePoint)
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill
