RedHat and ITIL certified.

Expert level of knowledge supporting RHEL server operating systems.

Excellent troubleshooting and investigative skills.

Knowledge of Powerbroker and Chef.

Knowledge of clustering technologies - Veritas and Oracle RAC.

Knowledge of the physical datacenter operating environment

Knowledge of VMware products

Experience of Bash or Python scripting

Experience of working with on premise and cloud (AWS) environments.

Experience of supporting enterprise scale, complex and secure server estates.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience of working in a fast-paced global team.

Experience of building relationships with stakeholders at various levels

Experience of manage suppliers and vendors.

Self-starter, works with minimal supervision and comfortable working unsociable hours


Essential Skills/Basic Qualification:

RHCE certified with a minimum of 8 years industry experience. Some financial services experience is required.
ITIL Foundation certified
Knowledge of virtualization and public cloud environments
