Responsibilities
The Technical ELITE Program is a 1-year talent development program for IT engineers. We bring in 250+ new hires through the program on an annual basis. With the size and scope of our program, it requires a robust range of communications and change management strategies to facilitate each participant's experience. This contractor will focus on providing communications and administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of all program activities and events. - Implementing change management campaigns during program changes or enhancements - Managing our program inbox, calendar, and maintain proper coordination between all program workstreams - Having a working knowledge of Jira and agile methodology - Evaluates requests, identifies issues and determines appropriate source for resolution - Interacts extensively with program stakeholders (participants, leaders, and volunteers) to provide an understanding of program needs, make recommendations, help set expectations to improve service to stakeholders - Works closely with Product Owner, Project Manager, and Communication Project Manager on communications and ensuring timely delivery - Gather feedback on stakeholder experiences and develop strategies for addressing trends that will assist in improving their experience Qualifications - Have a working knowledge of Jira and agile methodology - 2-3 years of Project Management - Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills. - Ability to work in a matrix-managed team environment. - Ability to manage workload efficiently to meet client deadlines. - Communications or Change Management Background is preferred | ||||
