Responsibilities
• Triage and troubleshoot problems. Attempt to solve. Escalate to another team if you can't solve it immediately • Look through logs, databases, applications to find the problem/root cause • Automate or improve processes by developing scripts, code/apps Qualifications • Ability to learn quickly and retain information • People skills (good communication, approachable, good energy, handles stressful situations, etc.) • Problem solver: can use log files, read through AWS, scripts, trace an IT workflow and find the issue.
