QA resource should be:
Able to build and generate test data to test Claims Datamart
Support future state of HF data self-service applications
Test Intake Dashboards, Rework Dashboards
Great SQL experience in understanding and forming own queries

Nice to have:
Exposure to Alteryx or running programs in any data tool
Understand the data-pulling queries
Explore looking further and automate wherever there is scope
