Minimum 2 end to end engagement in a functional BA role
Must have strong domain/functional skills on MS Dynamics 365 and earlier with online & on-premises environment. Good understanding on capabilities of D365 Sales, Service and Power apps Data analysis and validation with CRM dynamics configuration rules Research, evaluate, and provide recommendations to MS Dynamics Delivery team on solution/technical approaches Write technical specifications based on business/functional requirements. | ||||
