Minimum 2 end to end engagement in a functional BA role
Must have strong domain/functional skills on MS Dynamics 365 and earlier with online & on-premises environment.
Good understanding on capabilities of D365 Sales, Service and Power apps
Data analysis and validation with CRM dynamics configuration rules
Research, evaluate, and provide recommendations to MS Dynamics Delivery team on solution/technical approaches
Write technical specifications based on business/functional requirements.

Must have at least two CRM implementations exposure with strong technical skills on D365.
Good Experience of D365 Sales, Service and Power Platform including building Apps
Hands on experience in C#.Net, Java Script, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit and SSRS
Experience in Workflows, Plugins, Form Customization and CRM Administration
Design/develop technical specifications based on business/functional requirements
Good team player, should have good problem solving and analytical skills
