• Extensive experience working as a Tech Lead or Technical Architect in Cloud Data transformation projects, preferably in the discovery phase.

• Proficiency in AWS Redshift, AWS SES, Python/Spark programming, API/microservice architecture, and Data model architecture.

• Strong expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into technical specifications.

• Hands on AWS core services such as EC2, S3, Redshift, EMR, ECR, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, and IAM

• Data services on AWS - Design and deploy scalable, extendable, and maintainable data services using modern cloud data architecture principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to development teams.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities to address complex technical challenges.

• Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.

• Proficient in designing and development API Management platforms and supporting API based applications.

• Experience designing overall AWS Cloud Data solutions including complementary vendors and integrations based on business requirements and impact on boundary systems

• Work with project managers to ensure accurate scoping timely delivery of projects—estimate time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project; develop project plan incorporating all project variables including risk.

• Lead the translation of the client's business goals, objectives, and requirements into systems design

• Review and/or develop technical design documents to ensure completeness and feasibility with the overall Data modernization platform solution

• Review and/or develop techincal specifications to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the overall Data modernization platform solution

• Facilitate communication between onshore and offshore teams to ensure configuration and development activities meet the solution requirements

• Assist with application configuration choices and decisions

• Design architecture for scalability, high-availability, performance, flexibility, operational efficiency, security and maintainability.

• Offer implementation options for new system features that enable strategic business capabilities

• Use technology as a key competitive advantage by evaluating and implementing technical innovations

• Define solution footprint for prospects, either as part of proposal response or on-site discovery or other working sessions

• Lead cross-functional, cross-technology solution design discussions

• Act as a mentor to Leads and Analysts
