Responsibilities
The contractor will be responsible for production support and triaging of legacy enrollment applications. General responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and responding to Teams support chats, Pager Duty alerts and Jira Tickets relating to enrollment legacy products
- Triaging, troubleshooting and working with legacy subject matter experts to resolve legacy enrollment related issues.
- Documenting legacy issues and resolution through post mortems documentation and root cause analysis.
- Joining MIM (Major Incident Management) calls to triage and resolve high priority incidents related to legacy enrollment applications
- As needed, coordinating any legacy enrollment application elevations as part of the monthly legacy release process.
- As needed, taking ownership of legacy enhancements prioritized by the product owner and seeing through to resolution. This could potentially involve design, coding, testing, and implementation of code.
Qualifications Experience with at least 2 of the following skill sets
- DB2
- Cobol
- Java
- SQL
- Spring Boot
Bonus if they have experience with the following legacy support applications/tools
- Data Studio
- SmartTS
- Disdebug
- Subversion
- Splunk
