GxP Experience is highly desirable but not required.

The client has asked us to design, configure and validate a solution for requirements, test, and defect management based on JIRA Cloud, that can be used in a regulated environment. While the US has experience using JIRA and understands the requirements for these processes, we do not have experience configuring JIRA (or apps/plug-ins designed to make JIRA compliant). We could use assistance estimating the work effort on the design and configuration aspect of the project and will then need assistance configuring the solution and training client users. The preferred candidate has experience configuring and/or administering a JIRA solution with configured workflows for the review and approval of user requirements/stories, test plans, test scripts and defects. The ideal candidate has experience configuring and/or administering a JIRA solution in a manner compliant with 21 CFR Part 11.
