We need help with production support and hopefully help with Application support of our flagship applications in Risk and Controls and drive SRE adoption in our team. The big challenge for us is that we have a bad response rate with our end users particularly in the US and the RTB team that helps provide this support needs capacity to carry out these tasks to support our Service capability. The candidate should have good communication and experience with end user and application support. The environment includes supporting applications hosted on Openshift, React/Angular, Java/Python, SQL and mostly on Linux and Windows environment.
