Local - Hybrid - Onsite as needed

• Perform detailed checks on the CONNEX Family of applications each week before releasing them to LOB
• Participate in requirements gathering and document reqquirements, mock-ups, minutes, decisions and follow-up actions.
• Support and drive the UAT and CONNEX family of apps and DW analytics applicaitons
• Function as a lead for the non-retail federal reports (for the new IAM) and work with GSC to generate the same
• Act as the point contact for liaising with core LOB (including field employees) and IT for incident management and general CONNEX family questions
• Support CONNEX training to field and home office employees and develop necessary materials/communications
• Function as point person for home office and field access management
• Act as primary contact for all FIRST CONNEX inquiries
• Maintain project calendars and coordinate design and review sessions for CONNEX
• Support Commercial BI project related testing
