Responsibilities
Drive the performance and evidence collection for IT Change Management related controls, work with internal teams to investigate exceptions, collaborate with internal governance and control teams on corrective action plans
Qualifications
IT Controls experience (3-5 years), ITILv4 Foundations preferred, previous Change Management experience necessary, previous use of ServiceNow experience preferred; Tableau/Power BI experience preferred |
