JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Very familiar with ESRI, Field Maps, and Schneider Electric (ArcFM) products
2. Hands on knowledge of DEVOPS / CICD pipeline on Azure platform using Jenkins
3. SCM tools GIT and SourceTree knowledge is required.
4. Serve as technical lead on all Major Incident Management (MIM) calls
5. Performs all user access management
6. Leader of the production support team
7. Should to able review code (Python), possibly code, with a goal of best practice design
8. Responsible for reviewing all product / value stream code to ensure changes meet production support code management standards
9. Insure proper knowledge transfer documentation and script commentary................
