Genesys Developer

Main Responsibilities
oPlatform configuration, development of new flows, data integrations, and technical documentation including designs and handoff materials.
oDesigns and develops solutions using Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) platform.
oWork with Product Owners, business analyst and technical leads to develop flows and technical design.
oProposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.
oSolid understanding of Genesys Designer for call flow development. Genesys certification is a plus .
oResponsible for development, tests/debug programs, and maintains/supports deployed interfaces.
oProvides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software
oApplies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
oLead implementation of API / Web Service integrations to back-end systems (Rest, Soap, Json, and database)
oStrong analytics and structured problem-solving skills

Must Have
oMinimum of 3+ years of coding/development experience in Contact center platforms preferred
oStrong 'Hands-on' Experience as a Developer involving large scale cloud contact center experience solutions using Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) platform
oHands-on experience in Genesys PureCloud platform and its capabilities including (but not limited to) Queuing/Routing, Call Flow, Conversational flows using Genesys Cloud Architect
oStrong programming experience with implementing API/Web Services
oStrong programming skills
oExperience integrating Genesys PureCloud with CRM solutions (like Salesforce, MS Dynamics)
oExcellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong work ethic
oExperience in Agile software development methodology and practices with full development lifecycle from inception through implementation
oStrong working knowledge of Cloud Technologies, Genesys Cloud Foundry, AWS, etc.
