This role will be responsible for design, build, test and support automation projects using Blue Prism tool. Following are the additional responsibilities

5 to 7 years of experience in RPA Development using Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere
Have sound understanding of Development, SIT, UAT and Deployment phases covering the entire Application Development Life Cycle
Assessing functional and technical feasibility of new processes that need to be automated
Analysing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail in (PDD). Converting requirements to automation-specific design and solutions documents (SDD)
Developing new RPA solutions and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
Designing automation solutions in accordance with standard RPA design principles
Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
Supporting the Operations Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
Experience in coordinating with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow using Blue Prism
Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
Extensive development experience with Browser Automation, Windows Automation, Surface Automation, Mainframe, SAP, MAPIEx, MS Excel VBO, Web Services.
Experience in VB / C#.NET & knowledge of HTML, SQL, VBO is desired
Knowledge of OCR Technology (Doc Understanding) and Ui Path Advanced certification

Ability to work across different lines of business in Brokerage Firm and interact with a spectrum of people
Capability to create POCs on Ui Path/Blue prism and demonstrate the solution to business.
Work as part of a team providing technical solution in robotic automation
Help define improvements for the bank in terms of Products & Customer / Colleague experience
Maintain and develop appropriate organisational culture, values and reputation with all staff, customers, suppliers, and partners
