Job Responsibilities:
Review and document defects against defined business rules and system requirements throughout the systems development life-cycle.
Analyze complex situations and recommend solutions to the client.
Attend daily stand-up meetings with the project team and provide detailed analysis when requested.
Provide daily, month end and fiscal year end support to operations customers/users and system interface partners

Perform testing of implementation scripts and actual implementation of software releases into production
Use Oracle PL/SQL to create, modify, and maintain production scripts. Develop SQL queries for extracting data and performing requested analysis of data
Monitor system performance and make recommendations for tuning PL/SQL code and Oracle database layer to improve performance.
