Functional Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
SAP IS Retail: Under minimal supervision, the Sr Functional Analyst - Supply Chain is responsible for translating the business requirements of the customer and designing functional solutions to fulfill those requirements. They are a subject matter expert in SAP Retail functional areas of Materials Management (MM), Logistics General (LO) and Logistics Execution (LE), and/or Sales and Distribution (SD). Must continuously maintain and develop the necessary skillsets, both technical and analytical, to enhance business solutions within Discount Tire's IT architecture. They will also provide business value by evaluating and implementing functionality through process engineering, education and configuration of enterprise applications and technologies.
REQUIREMENTS
6+ years of SAP system specific configuration and implementation experience
Demonstrated advanced level knowledge of SAP and Supply Chain business processes
Demonstrated advanced level SAP application knowledge in MM, LO, LE and/or SD modules
Demonstrated knowledge of SAP integration points for transactional and master data
Demonstrated understanding of technologies including API's, EDI, IDOCs, BAPIs, and RFCs
Demonstrated capabilities in additional SAP technologies including but not limited to WebDynpro, Fiori, NetWeaver, MIM (SAP Retail Store), and CAR (Customer Activity Repository)
Experience in SAP's Omnichannel Article Availability and Sourcing (OAA) module in CAR will be a plus
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Excel capabilities such as Data Match/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formula use for analysis
Ability to work independently and in a team is vital
Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines and present a professional demeanor is essential
Proven ability to respond to different organizational situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude is necessary
In addition, organizational and problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential
