Job Description

ARCS Developer:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Oracle EPM Senior Consultant Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). This role offers a unique chance to use your solution design experience to implement complex Oracle EPM based models. You will contribute to first-class end-to-end solutions for our customers that transform businesses and deliver deep insight. You will work on challenging projects with talented onshore/offshore professionals and leverage the latest technology to deliver successful outcomes to our customers.

In this role you will facilitate Oracle EPM ARCS model implementations and participate in requirements gathering, application design, application configuration, client mentoring and training.

Successful candidates will be self-starter, independent critical thinkers who are focused and passionate about delivering unparalleled service to our business customers. Candidates should be knowledgeable of agile delivery methodology and skilled at managing delivery within stated milestones and target dates.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include:

Facilitate requirements and design workshops to identify and scope functional and process requirements with key business and project stakeholders

Assess business processes for design enhancements and solutioning within the application set

Configure ARCS applications including metadata and attributes, setting up transaction and reconciliation process flows applying product and industry best practices.

Provide oversight to offshore teams throughout development ensuring quality and timeliness of all deliverables

Support data integration leads to ensure successful data sourcing, conversion, and integration into the model

Lead development of test plans and test scripts for use in Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Lead model and design remediation per UAT results

Create project documentation, training collateral and support knowledge transfer to business customers

Qualifications

Qualifications and skills required include:

Superior written and oral communication skills

Understanding of financial statement, industry, statutory and/or other reporting requirements

Skilled in developing and managing Account Profiles and Reconciliation Formats

Skilled in managing Transaction and Reconciliation data integrations and process flows

Minimum 5 years relevant implementation experience in ARCS or ARM development combined including at least 2 full cycle implementations

Familiar with DM and FDMEE import formats, load rules and mappings

Experience in developing implementation project accelerators

Experience in Agile delivery including basic knowledge of agile ceremonies to assist in project delivery

Proficient in MS Office applications

Oracle Certification is a plus
