Configure/customize Actimize modules and support development team on design and trouble shoot

Resolve production issue on Actimize

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret all business and functional requirements and configure/customize Actimize modules accordingly.

• Support development teams with design and troubleshooting issues

• Perform root cause analysis on all processes and resolve all production issues

• Work closely with project Business Analyst to ensure that the end to end designs meet the business requirements.

• Coordinate technical design with other IT teams
