- Minimum 2-3 years working experience as a Business Analyst
- Independent and creative in approach to problems and issues
- Quick learner, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deal with numerous tasks simultaneously and with frequently changing priorities

- Experience of Financial Services industry, including understanding of Compliance, payments, financial crime and ideally AML products like Oracle Mantas, Actimize
- Proficient with complex SQL queries for data analysis
- Experience of working in Lean and Agile working methodologies,
- Well versed with data analysis and documentation tools
- Ability to work on Complex data mapping issues
