Project Manager
Requirements:
SAFe DevOps Data analytic/development knowledge Experience in Lean-Agile methodologies preferred Experience with technical IT delivery as a Developer, Tester, or similar preferred An elementary understanding of team dynamics and facilitation Limited practical experience with Agile tools or techniques (e.g. shadowing another Scrum Master) Budgeting and vendor management Capable of handling a co-located team Understanding of the Agile mindset and culture Familiar with systems: Connex, Tableau, Informatic, Veeva, Snowflake, QlikView/Sense preferred Certified Scrum Master preferred Responsibilities: Provide facilitation and feedback to ensure the Agile team is evaluating the efficiency and taking corrective actions when improvement opportunities are identified Provide collaborative leadership to Agile teams through Agile practices (such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe) and help the team embrace values and principles of Agile Support the Product Owner and the entire Agile team in their efforts to facilitate a healthy team dynamic within the Agile team and vis--vis other Agile teams Work with stakeholders to understand needed future capabilities and work with the Agile team, People Leaders, and others Facilitate the team in adopting DevOps and built-in quality Help identify IT enablers and facilitate prioritization and execution Promote Agile quality practices Provide overall leadership for the Agile team within the deliveries Coach Agile team members incl. Product Owners and stakeholders to adopt Agile ways of working Help ensure a healthy team environment help resolve conflicts and drive motivation in the Agile team Provide feedback on the performance of Agile team members to People Leaders and cooperate on long-term career planning Work with the Agile team and other stakeholders to help solve impediments Facilitate cross-team collaboration and dependencies Apply organizational understanding and power to solve impediments quickly Assist Agile team to manage progress via transparent backlog and board overviews and maintain relevant team metrics and follow up on team measurements Evaluate future backlog to ensure the availability of people and budgets Make sure that team norms are exhibited, including, but not limited to, priority-driven workflow, realistic and executable iteration loading, and limited work-in-progress practices Drive Agile teams, vendors, and customers in the Agile way of working incl. Agile Delivery Model, Azure DevOps, Agile QMS, and Agile Sourcing Work with external stakeholders e.g. vendors, customers, and employees to help them understand the Agile way of working Inspire and mentor other teams to become Agile Participate in the relevant Communities of Practice Drive the learning culture and Agile mindset Share learnings and examples with the Agile Program Management Office (APMO)/Agile Transformation Office (ATO) Model Agile way of working and continuously drive Agile improvements in corporation with other Scrum Masters Evolve the Professional Scrum Master capabilities Establish and follow up on business cases and budgets Drive vendor selection and negotiations in cooperation with procurement *If the team is part of an Agile Release Train (ART), the Project Manager must work with the Release Train Engineer, Product Management, System Architect, and other Agile teams (including Scrum Master and Product Owner) to ensure deliveries. Ability to act as an independent representative of the team- leading Scrum groups comprising process engineering; manufacturing management; quality assurance; packaging; shipping; IT (from inside or partner organizations) and serve as backup to the team lead.
