We are looking for candidates who have thorough exposure onOracleRAC (11g, 12c & 19c) with experience migrating multi-terabyte of databases with zero downtime.
The candidates we reviewed are good but not to our expectations. TheDBAworking from US need to single handedly work on technical stuff starting from planning to implementation and need to attend review meetings with application teams.
