Help manage, maintain and troubleshoot DBs housed in MongoDB especially Ops manager projects BCUSAPPS and FRAUDSTORE, among other USCB MongoDB instances
User access management for MongoDB projects BCUSAPPS and FRAUDSTORE Dev, QA and Perf, Support automation of infrastructure access management and coordinate with various teams to complete project priorities
Support critical MongoDB Infrastructure Capacity Management and Analysis, Uplift and development of the infrastructure
Support Major Incidents by joining the triage calls, use SME analysis methods and support resolution of major production issues
Support and coordinate Problem Management Proactively identify opportunities of improvement from MongoDB ops manager reports, Analyze the production issues, identify root cause and coordinate remediation, resolve problems on a timely manner
Work on Incidents and support DBA on resolutions related to MongoDB and new JSON DBs (Percona, DocumentDB etc..). Support Compliance related remediation effort on MongoDB servers from a coordination perspective and play the role of SME during remediation efforts.
Change Management support application build from a MongoDB SME perspective from an Infrastructure support point of view and mongos query optimization.
