**Must Design, build and implement tools to aid observability, experience building Dynatrace and Splunk dashboards **

BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
5+ years experience with application and infrastructure operations, performance tuning
Design, build and implement tools to aid observability
Determine monitoring gaps for infrastructure technologies and work with performance engineering to implement monitoring enhancements
Identify performance errors and maintain service availability dashboards for infrastructure technologies
Work with Performance engineering and IT Teams (Application Owners, System Administrators) to identify solutions for performance errors
Responsible for overall systems design and architecture, including new solutions and patterns to improve performance and enhance monitoring capabilities
Develop and drive the standards, development processes, systems architecture, and design patterns to support IT and business solutions
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders through design and implementation, including performance analysis and system requirements
Train and Mentor IT teams to use Service Availability Dashboards developed in Splunk, Dynatrace etc.
