JOB DESCRIPTION
" Onshore technical lead
Ability to work with client business and client IT
Communicate proactively required technical details to the offshore teams
Manage offshore team deliverables
Work with the client's third-party vendor and get the KT of the application, CAP will be supporting
Proficient in Backend Python and associated technologies and frameworks
Reasonable knowledge of front-end development (not necessarily in-depth experience but the intelligence to understand the technical details)
Must have skills

Python and associated backend technologies/frameworks
Technical lead role with business-facing skills which must have evolved from a developer to a lead
Ability to work with client IT and business to get requirements and solutions and direct offshore teams for delivery

Nice to have
Front-end development skills to the extent of communicating with technical folks
Angular, Javascript
