Core Responsibilities
Create and maintain controls reports and dashboards in Vanguard's RSA Archer application (Compliance Management, Issue Management, Enterprise Management and Policy Management).
Generate ad-hoc reports within Vanguard's RSA Archer application (Compliance Management, Issue Management, Enterprise Management and Policy Management).
On a monthly basis, perform a data quality review of the control, issue and testing data within Vanguard's RSA Archer application. Share results with team and monitor that the data quality issues are resolved.
Conduct and document control tests.
Implement improvements to control testing.

Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of the RSA Archer application.
Expert analytical skills.
Expert knowledge in control concepts and how to conduct and document control tests.
Expert knowledge in IT General Controls (access control, change management, problem/incident management, backup and replication, job scheduling, data center physical controls).
Basic understanding of cloud concepts and cyber security.
