Implementation Lead
JOB DESCRIPTION
Minimum of five years of previous, relevant experience project management experience....... Minimum of two years of experience with Inventory/Supply Chain Management transactions in one or more large-scale ERP systems is required (D365 not required, but preferred)....... 5 or more years project management experience with a proven record of successfully delivering ERP projects; experience working on and managing enterprise-scale IT, Service Delivery, or similar projects or equivalent experience........ Solid understanding of Inventory principles and processes....... Solid understanding of Pay workflow principals and processes....... Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role requiring a high level of individual responsibility, sound business judgment, and an aptitude for improving customer satisfaction........ Demonstrable flexibility and the ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities........ Strong negotiation, problem solving, risk management, prioritization, decision making, and organizational skills........ Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in communications facilitation........ Ability to drive meetings, document minutes and actions of meetings mapped back to requirements traceability matrix. " | ||||
