Briefly describe the duties and responsibilities
Description This position will support critical end-user computing tools written primarily in MS Excel and MS Access. We have multiple applications that vary in maturity, from user-written workbooks that require stabilization to IT-hardened workbooks that need ongoing enhancements. The tools make heavy use of VBA. With an introduction to our clients, our candidate will take responsibility for communicating with clients to capture requirements and code for testing and delivery. The team's clients are the investment front office and the data management team. Core Responsibilities/ Qualifications "Required skills: Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), specifically in automating MS Excel and MS Access; very strong written and spoken communication; ability to work independently. Experience working with front-office investment systems is helpful but not required."
