We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Lead Veeva Vault to join our team.

In this role - you will deliver technical support across:

Vault Suites
Clinical
Quality
Regulatory
Ablity to provide:

Application Support
Release Validation Support
Projects/Enhancements DevOps support

Role Function within team:
To be able to act as an independent representative of the team - leading Sevvice Delivery - Veeva Vault implementation groups comprising of process engineering; manufacturing management; quality assurance; packaging; shipping; IT (from inside or partner organizations) and serve as backup to the team lead,

The role requires:
Candidate MUST BE Veeva certified
Hands-on technical ability
Ability to work US EST hours
The Service Delivery Lead must be able to apply good judgment on what level of detail makes sense for the situation and cannot be dogmatic in adhering to a process or procedure when the results defy commonsense.

This position requires the ability to persuade others- regardless of title- of the best-paths forward- but without igniting interpersonal disputes.
