Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst - Capital Markets, Bonds, debentures, stocks, etc.
- Prior experience of Identity access management or regulatory is preferable
- Expertise in drafting Business Requirements documents and support documents
- Expertise in tools including Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Project, and Visio to product project-related documents
- Expertise with Atlassian JIRA to document and track project tasks
- Experience with Agile methodology
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with Project Management
- Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of relational database concepts to help run data extracts if needed
- Knowledge of REST APIs and/or Web Services/SOA is a plus
- Proficient knowledge of CI/CD concepts
